Understanding “additional licenses” in QuickBooks
An additional license is required for each user who has QuickBooks installed on their computer. Adding additional licenses allows you to install QuickBooks on more computers and lets all users work on the same data file at the same time (simultaneously).

What if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel your membership after 60 days but before 365 days of sign up, your QuickBooks Accountant Edition will be deactivated immediately upon the expiration of the first term in which you have paid in full (starting month 13). If you terminate your membership in month 13 or beyond, your QuickBooks Accountant Edition product will be deactivated immediately upon termination or cancellation.
